Why is VPH dedicated to women ?
How does VPH help women?
What is our purpose?
There are so many women that experience life changing events from divorce to dealing with personal identity issues without a support system. Our focus is women who are age 30 and above who are seeking support and empowerment.
This is the age when life starts to shift and a new perspective is needed. With our personal experience of dealing with issues such as divorce, raising children as a single mother, and other life altering situations, we are able to identify with such situations and can provide the much needed support through these life changing events.
Women need to know that they are not alone in their struggles and that they have a support system in place to help them move towards a better and healthier life.
We are here to help and assist them by providing encouragement, support to renewing their self-worth, and providing needed resources and/or contacts. We will provide seminars, workshops, and individual/group sessions to address life changing events.
Women tend to suffer in silence and often do not know about the resources available to support life changing events.
We are here to help bridge the gap and provide support needed to help make these events easier to manage and overcome.
